Before you install

The terminal installer needs Node.js 22.22.2 or newer and curl. Commands install the latest preview into ~/.local/bin.

After installing, run resume update, tasks update, vault update, or vani-daemon update. Add --check to check without installing. Existing installations can rerun the install command to get this feature.

Resume and Tasks run on their own. Vault and vani-daemon use Node.js. Linux binaries target glibc systems. Restart your daemon when you are ready to use its new version.

The Electron app is next. A macOS download will appear here when its first distributable build is ready.
